We all have hard times and most of us struggle in silence. Sometimes all it takes is the support of a loved one or someone you trust to lift some of the weight off your shoulders. You never know what they are going through either. Just remember it’s okay not to be okay and it’s okay to ask for support.

Live4Life Hepburn Crew held their Celebration Day event at Daylesford College on Friday 8 November. Congratulations to Crew members Caitlin, Martha, Rose, Jaimie, Lucy, Tilli, Ludo, Zac & Callum who were there on the day to oversee an incredible, high-energy program of presentations and activities!

Southern Grampians Crew hosted an amazing disco-themed Celebration event at the Hamilton Indoor Leisure and Aquatic Centre on 31 October. A packed program included Western District Health Service CEO Rowena Clift presenting the Crew members with certificates recognising the awesome contribution they have made to young people's mental health initiatives this year.

A fabulous BreakO'Day Celebration Day was held on 14 November! The Crew took the lead in welcoming several distinguished guests, then presenting and hosting an amazing event full of colour and fun and excitement.

Fantastic Celebration from the LiveLife Glenelg Crew on Friday 8 November! Over 200 Year 8 students bussed in from around the shire to meet at the Portland Civic Hall for the formalities, and then enjoy some fun activities at nearby Henty Park.

Wellington Crew celebrated their first year of Live4Life on November 12, showcasing the 2024 theme, “Speak Kind, you may just change someone's mind”.

On Saturday 16 November, Alex, Andrew, Mikayla, Sophie and Erin will all be walking for 12 hours around Lake Benalla to raise funds and awareness of mental health, with all money raised to be donated to Live4Life.

The Live4Life Baw Baw Crew came together for their end-of-year Celebration Day at the Summit Adventure Park on Monday 28 October.

Live4Life Benalla's Crew Celebration Day took place on October 22 at the Glasshouse, Benalla Lakeside Community Centre. And it was huge! Over 40 Crew members welcomed staff, Partnership Group members and Year 8 students from FCJ College​ and Benalla P-12 College​.

Big Live4Life Celebration Day event hosted by the Macedon Ranges Crew on Tuesday 22nd October! Over 400 Year 8 students from Sacred Heart College Kyneton, Braemar College and Gisborne Secondary College gathered at the brand new Regional Sports Precinct in New Gisborne.

IN THE MEDIA - Maryborough District Advertiser: Central Goldfields’ first ever Live4Life Crew hosted an end of year celebration at Highview College, marking the importance of youth mental health.

Golden Globe-winning musician Lisa Gerrard will open the gates to her lavish garden, The Cork Tree, at her Drouin West property on 2nd November, raising money for the Life4Life Baw Baw youth mental health and suicide prevention program.
