Our communities
The Live4Life model is currently implemented in 11 communities across Victoria and in Tasmania.
With over 20 communities keen to implement Live4Life, we’re scaling up in line with funding capacity.
Live4Life currently works with many rural and regional communities across Victoria and Tasmania. Supported by our team, each community runs training, fundraisers and other activities to support the Live4Life model. Our communities

Live4Life acknowledges and pays respect to the Traditional Custodians of country all over Australia. We acknowledge and respect the fact that many Traditional Custodians maintain their sovereignty, which has never been ceded. We stand in solidarity with First Nations peoples in their continuing fight for justice. Live4Life accepts the invitation contained in the Uluru Statement from the Heart to walk together with Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples in a movement of the Australian people for a better future.
