This is not your usual school excursion — it's Live4Life, a mental health education program that equips young people with the skills to save lives in a mental health crisis.

Congratulations to the young volunteers of the Victorian Live4Life Crews, who have been announced as 2025 Finalists for The Victorian Government Group Achievement in the Community Award at the 7News Young Achiever Awards. Also announced as Young Achiever Awards finalists are the members of Live4Life alumni group Crew4Life, who have been nominated for the Awards Australia Foundation Connecting Communities Award.

You never know what they are going through either. Just remember it’s okay not to be okay and it’s okay to ask for support.

Southern Grampians celebrate disco style
Southern Grampians Crew hosted an amazing disco-themed Celebration event at the Hamilton Indoor Leisure and Aquatic Centre on 31 October. A packed program included Western District Health Service CEO Rowena Clift presenting the Crew members with certificates recognising the awesome contribution they have made to young people's mental health initiatives this year.
