Benalla Live4Life Walk for Mental Health 16 Nov
On Saturday 16 November, Alex, Andrew, Mikayla, Sophie and Erin will all be walking for 12 hours around Lake Benalla to raise funds and awareness of mental health, with all money raised to be donated to Live4Life.
Benalla Celebration Day a festival of positive mental health

Benalla Rural City - Mental Health First Aid Champion Community
Benalla Rural City has been recognised as a Mental Health First Aid Champion Community. Since implementing Live4Life in 2017, Benalla Rural City has trained over 1000 teens and 165 adults to recognise and respond to the signs of developing, worsening or crisis level mental health problems in young people.
2021 Live4Life launch
More than 80 Year 8 students from Benalla P-12 College participated in the launch of the 2021 Live4Life Program at the Benalla Showgrounds on Wednesday 17 March 2021. The event, which included a Rotary sausage sizzle, guest speakers, ninja course and a range of activities, marked the beginning of the fifth year of the mental health initiative for young people in Benalla.
