Live4Life Hepburn launched in March 2024
The Shire of Hepburn is located in central Victoria.
Covering an area of 1,473 square kilometres, it includes the towns of Clunes, Creswick, Daylesford, Hepburn Springs,Trentham and the villages of Glenlyon, Allendale, Kingston, Leonard's Hill, Lyonville, Newlyn, Denver and Smeaton.
Live4Life partners with Lead Agency Daylesford College, Hepburn Shire Council and Central Highlands Rural Health to deliver this award-winning program.
