“The Launch was really fun. It was great to learn about the Live4Life program and meet all the people. It helped me to understand the bigger picture of what the program is all about. I’d also like to be in Crew next year!”

2025 Crew theme
“Kindness is key, to being free”
Every year, the Crew creates a theme to capture the mental health messages they believe will connect with their peers and wider community. The Live4Life Hepburn Crew Theme Poster was co-designed with the young people involved in the Live4Life Hepburn Crew and features Dave the Wombat who ‘does not judge’.

World Mental Health Day — a day to raise awareness around the world and mobilise our efforts in support of mental health. This year, Mental Health Australia’s theme for 10 October is ‘Connect with your community’ and reminds us that our communities – the people and places where we feel safe, seen and heard – can help us feel cared for and supported, which is good for our mental health.
