Youth Mental Health First Aid® training for adults in Hepburn

One of the most important ways adults can support young people in rural and regional areas is to undertake Youth Mental Health First Aid® training. It's suitable for adults who have regular contact with young people, such as school staff, parents, carers, coaches, librarians, bus drivers etc.

Live4Life Hepburn offers subsidised Youth Mental Health First Aid® training opportunities for the community. Currently there are no scheduled courses in Hepburn. However, please check back here periodically, and on our socials, as we will provide details on local courses when next available.

In the meantime, please visit the following link to get a list of local Youth Mental Health First Aid Courses in the wider area.

The Live4Life Hepburn Crew

The Live4Life Hepburn Crew is made up of students from Daylesford College. Members of the Crew design, plan and deliver mental health promotion activities throughout the year.

To find out more, or to get involved with the Crew, contact Jack Morton: jack.morton@education.vic.gov.au.

“The Launch was really fun. It was great to learn about the Live4Life program and meet all the people. It helped me to understand the bigger picture of what the program is all about. I’d also like to be in Crew next year!”

“Find Your Way”

Every year, the Crew creates a theme to capture the mental health messages they believe will connect with their peers and wider community. The Live4Life Hepburn Crew Theme Poster was co-designed with the young people involved in the Live4Life Hepburn Crew and features pathways to connection, courage, community, communication and creativity.
