Below is a list of services designed to support both young people and adults who are experiencing mental ill-health. These resources are also available for friends, parents and carers who would like some guidance and support.
Lifeline
Lifeline (13 11 14) is a confidential telephone crisis support service available 24/7 from a landline, payphone or mobile.

ReachOut provides practical tools and support to help young people get through everything from everyday issues to tough times.
Beyond Blue
Beyond Blue provides information and support for young people about anxiety and depression.

Kids Helpline
Kids’ Helpline is a counselling service for Australian children and young people aged between 5 and 25 years.

Youth Support & Advocacy Service
YSAS (Youth Support & Advocacy Service) is primarily a drug and alcohol treatment service, but also provides young people and their families with mental health support.
Headspace
Headspace offers a range of counselling and support for young people via headspace centers and online via eheadspace.

Suicide Call Back Service offers 24/7 crisis counselling to people at risk of suicide, carers for someone who is suicidal and those bereaved by suicide.
