Crew4Life Animation - It’s okay not to be okay

We all have hard times and most of us struggle in silence. Sometimes all it takes is the support of a loved one or someone you trust to lift some of the weight off your shoulders. You never know what they are going through either. Just remember it’s okay not to be okay and it’s okay to ask for support.

Very proud to share this beautiful animation devised by Crew4Life members Mina, Courtney and Nathan. And special congratulations to Mina, who hand-animated every frame, devoting hours and hours of painstaking work.

This project comes out of the Crew4Life alumni program, and was instigated at the the first ever face-to-face get together earlier this year, where members brainstormed ideas for a self-driven social media campaign. Live4Life is committed to supporting young people's voices in mental health advocacy and this is why! Incredible work!

Thanks also to Born This WayFoundation, Cotton On and Cotton On Foundation for their support through the Kindness in Community Fund.
