It was great to meet up with Fingal Valley Neighbourhood House, who hosted the first ever Partnership Group meeting for Live4Life Break O'Day, working closely with representatives from local youth, school and community agencies.

We are honoured that Youth Live4Life has been chosen to receive the Christine Cox Trailblazer Award at this year's Central Ranges Local Learning & Employment Network Awards.

IN THE MEDIA - The Mirage Maryborough Education Centre delivered accredited Youth Mental Health First Aid training for teachers and support workers along with Highview College and Council staff recently as part of the Central Goldfields Live4Life program.

Last Monday over 1,100 students came together at the West Gippsland Arts Centre to launch Baw Baw Live4Life for 2023.

What an amazing night it was on Friday to be at the 7NEWS Young Achiever Awards Australia Gala Presentation Dinner with some of our past Live4Life Crew. Youth Live4Life were selected as finalists in the 'Group Achievement in the Community' Award sponsored by the Victorian Government.

The award winning Live4Life program is the only mental health education and youth suicide prevention model designed specifically for rural and regional communities and Break O’Day will be Live4Life’s first regional community based outside of Victoria.

Benalla’s Live4Life crew, along with counterparts from around regional and rural Victoria, have been recognised for their work tackling mental health issues.

A rural youth mental health program is set to be delivered in the region for the first time, with eight secondary schools taking part.Ballarat is set to be the 10th major location and the first regional Victorian city to offer the program called Live4Life.

Local young people from eight secondary schools across Baw Baw Shire will work together to raise awareness about mental health as part of the Baw Baw Live4Life program.
