‘The hardest climb is doing it alone, we're stronger together.’

The Live4Life Southern Grampians Crew have come up with this incredible theme for 2023. A HUGE shout out to the 24 students who make up the Live4Life Southern Grampians Crew for 2023. The Live4Life Southern Grampians Crew includes students from Monivae College, The Hamilton and Alexandra College, Baimbridge College, Good Shepherd College Hamilton and Hamilton Parklands School.

The Live4Life Crew deliver mental health awareness activities throughout the year, educating and supporting their peers and community to help smash the stigma around mental health, learn how to recognise the signs of mental health issues, and know where young people can go for help.

At Youth Live4Life would like to also acknowledge the terrible tragedy at Bochara and extend our deepest condolences to all family, friends and community members affected. Over the coming months the Southern Grampians Live4Life School and Community Partnership Group will be working closely with schools and community organisations to identify and provide any additional support needed by young people through the delivery of Teen Mental Health First Aid and through engagement with the Live4Life Crew.

If you or someone you know needs help, support is available:
