Nathan Murphy lends his voice to youth mental health and suicide prevention
Former Collingwood player Nathan Murphy has joined us to voice his support for youth mental health, asking you to play your role by getting involved with LAP it UP — our annual 4-week swim challenge, where you raise funds to support youth mental health and reduce suicide in rural and regional areas.
This time last year, Nathan was in the thick of finals, on his way to playing in the Grand Final. Little did he know, that game was to be his last, after he was concussed and advised to retire from footy altogether.
Watch our interview with Nathan as he discusses mental health and the importance of being actively involved.
