Crew4Life launch 2025 poster in triplicate!
Crew4Life has launched three posters to present a powerful mental health message to young people in the Live4Life community
We all know good things come in threes! Crew4Life has turbo-charged the group’s mental health messaging with THREE theme posters launched during World Mental Health Month of October.
Crew4Life began work on this back in June at their in-person get-together. Members started with a reflection on the Crew themes they developed at school, and then brainstorming questions like: Why did you sign up for Crew4Life? What does being in Crew4Life mean to you? What does positive mental health look like to you?
Since then, a working group has been whipping up a creative storm with amazing contributions from Coco, Jewel and Mina. Crew4Life voted that all three designs were so good all three had to be used as the Crew4Life theme poster!
The theme offers an opportunity for members to devise a positive mental health promotion message and visual concept which represents their unique point of view and speak directly to young people in the Live4Life community. The theme "really encapsulates that it's the kind people going out in communities putting in the work that helps people learn and seek help and bring everyone together," says Crew Champion Mina.
The result is a powerful mental health message designed especially for their peers: "With our minds, we are able to empower lives!"
Coco and Mina collaborated on two designs: one introducing our very own Live4Life superhero, and another featuring a tribute to Crew4Life's inaugural coordinator Alannah!
Jewel incorporated numerous elements into a single powerful image. "It includes the green string and the star we made at the in-person event, Crew4Life in a circle with Live4Life colours, the brain shape, the hand holding the string (empowering), and the tree as a symbol of growth," she explains.
