Federal Member for McEwen Mr Rob Mitchell MP dropped by the Woodend office to congratulate the team on our recent 'Communities in Action' Award, announced at Suicide Prevention Australia's National LiFE Awards in Adelaide last month.

Terrific to spend some time with a great supporter of Live4Life. With our federally funded pilot community in Break O'Day Tasmania now into its second year, it was a perfect opportunity to update Rob on the continued growth of Live4Life, including three new communities in Victoria in 2024. Rob has a excellent understanding of our mission to establish Live4Life as a model available to all rural communities in Australia.

Rob was also keen to hear about the outcomes of the model's implementation in rural and regional communities and the team had a lot to share on the multiple internal and independent evaluations currently underway, which are measuring the reach and impact of the program in those communities.

We really appreciate the Federal Government's ongoing support of Live4Life and look forward to our next get together with our local Member.
