LAP it UP is a 4-week swim challenge from October 1-28 where you raise funds to support youth mental health in rural and regional areas.
Did you know mental ill health in young people has increased by more than 50% in the last 15 years? You can help — just by swimming laps! 10 laps or 100, freestyle, breaststroke, or even doggy paddle...
It’s all about feeling good and doing something awesome for young people’s mental health.

WHEN: 1 - 28 October, 2024
HOW: Swim laps and gain sponsorship from friends, family and the local community via a personalised online fundraising platform
WHY: All funds raised go towards Live4Life – our mental health and suicide prevention program – reaching more young people living in rural and regional communities
