Live4Life Wellington launched in March 2024
The Shire of Wellington is located in eastern Victoria. It covers an area of 10,817 square kilometres and includes the towns of Heyfield, Rosedale, Maffra, Sale, Stratford, Coongulla, Newry, Tinamba and Yarram.
Headquartered in Sale, Wellington Shire Council is proud to take on the role of Lead Agency.
Live4Life is partnered with Yarram Secondary College, Maffra Secondary College, Sale Secondary College, Gippsland Grammar, Sale Specialist School, Catholic College Sale, Wellington Shire Council, Latrobe Regional Health and other health and community partners waiting to be onboarded to deliver this award-winning model in Wellington.
