Southern Grampians Crew 2024
A big WELCOME to the Live4Life Southern Grampians Crew for 2024!
Congratulations to the 26 year 9 and 10 students from Baimbridge College, Balmoral K-12 Community College, Monivae College, Good Shepherd College Hamilton, The Hamilton and Alexandra College who have put their hands up to join the Crew in 2024!
Co-facilitated by Alannah from Live4Life and Tillee Huf from Western District Health Service, the new Live4Life Crew got straight into planning how they will be leading mental health awareness activities throughout the year, developing a theme, and preparing for their upcoming launch event.
As Mental Health Ambassadors, the Crew members will:
❤️ help smash the stigma around mental health 💛 promote messages of how to recognise the signs of mental health issues 🩵 raise awareness of where young people can go for help
Special mention to Crew4Life member Abby who gave a great talk on the day about her experience of Live4Life and being a member of the Crew. And a huge thanks to Wannon Water for their support of the 2024 Induction Day through The Ripple Effect Grants Program and to South West TAFE who generously hosted the event as an in kind contribution to Live4Life.
