Year 9 & 10 students gathered for the 2024 Live4Life Crew induction
A big WELCOME to the Live4Life Benalla Crew for 2024! We love this time of year — bringing together Live4Life Crews across our rural communities is definitely where the real magic happens.
A massive shout out to the amazing young people who have put their hands up to join the Crew, as Benalla kicked off 2024 with our first Live4Life Crew Induction for the year! It was a day of learning, fun and getting to know one another.
An extraordinary 48 students from FCJ College Benalla and Benalla P-12 College volunteered to join the 2024 Live4Life Crew as Mental Health Ambassadors and will be leading mental health awareness activities throughout the year to:
💙 help smash the stigma around mental health,
💚 raise awareness of how to recognise the signs of mental health issues,
💗 improve understanding of where young people can go for help.
The Crew play a vital part of the Live4Life program in their school and broader community, volunteering their own time to spread positive mental health messages, as well as to organise and run events.
Live4Life Benalla is looking forward to another great year of raising awareness and delivering Youth and Teen Mental Health First Aid.
