We have been blown out of the water at the amount participants have raised for Youth Live4Life! LAP it UP has been an incredible success. The funds raised help us reach, support and improve the mental health and wellbeing of young people living in rural and regional communities.

Take a look! We'd love to share with you this wonderful video made by filmmaker Will Storr. We think it beautifully captures our finale event, and the joy and stamina of those swimmers who made a big splash for Youth Live4Life.
It was wonderful to see mother and daughter teams egging each other on, the community spirit at the pools and the cheerleaders for all those who reached their goals – be it 10 laps, 50, 100, even 1000!

How many laps can you swim in 11 days?
Join us for LAP it UP – Youth Live4Life's fitness and fundraising challenge to swim laps for youth mental health awareness and suicide prevention in rural communities.
Laps can be long or short – an ocean swim, 50 metres Olympic-style, a wading pool in the backyard, As long as you're moving and making a splash – and counting your laps – you're in!
HOW: Swim laps and gain sponsorship from friends, family and the local community via a personalised online fundraising platform
WHY: All funds raised go towards Live4Life – our mental health and suicide prevention program – reaching more young people living in rural and regional communities
WHO: All ages welcome!
